The staff is great -from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets. I have no problem with dog food orders, medicines, scheduling, etc. Dr. Thomson, my dog's vet, has shown genuine love and concern for Bentley. She always follows up checking on his wellbeing after a visit, which is so important to the owner. Phoenixville Animal Hospital is number one in my book.
