I am the founder and president of the Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue. I started the rescue after I lost my beloved Chloe and gained Thor two very sweet abodoned shepherds. I was placing dogs one at a time for many years and within a couple of years of doing this I was finding myself with more than I could finanilly handle or personal care for so I founded the rescue to provide more stable lives for the shepherds more foster home to ut these dogs in. My mission statement is â??The Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue is dedicated to the rescue of homeless, abandoned, unwanted, abused, and neglected German Shepherd dogs and puppies by rehabilitating the German Shepherd physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. They then become loving and loyal companions.â?
