Hi we are Elle and Vera, two hooded rats who must be adopted together because we are VERY bonded.  We are about 1 year old and we are VERY FRIENDLY AND CAN BE HELD!  We also will GIVE KISSES ON YOUR LIPS!!  If you are thinking of adopting 2 FABULOUS pet rats please read below to see if they are the right pets for you!  PS.... Elle is the rat that is "spotted striped" and Vira is the solid brown striped rat. 


Rats can live about 3 years they are VERY intelligent and need chew toys to wear their teeth down.  They also need large cages such as ferret cages with ramps and hideaway beds to sleep in.  Ferret hammocks and guinea pig igloos make good sleeping quarters.  Rats are best with older children rather than younger kids because they can be squished easily and get hurt.  If you are interested in SOCIAL fun pet rats then come meet us today!
