Noel is a shy, but spunky kitten. After living on her own for three months, she was rescued at Christmas time. Initially very frightened, she warmed up quickly and she has developed a very loving and sweet personality. She is very confident with other cats and has made several kitty friends in her foster home. It takes time for her to feel comfortable with new people, but she is receptive to petting.
