1802-0424 Luke the Dog needs a home
The thin frail boxer looking dog tapped his paws when I approached. He smiled as if to say YES! PICK ME! And so I did! Outside of the kennel he walked well on the leash. He loved any and all attention I gave him but when it came to other dogs getting near us, Luke responded with hackles up and low growls. It was the only time he actually pulled while on the leash so I’ll say that after seeing this reaction to other dogs outside, Luke may be best as an only dog. He also is looking for a home without cats. His gray white muzzle, white tipped paws and white tipped tail border tan fur speckled with white. Luke could use a few more meals as his body seems thin and frail but it doesn’t hamper his spirit. Luke is fun. Luke is gentle with humans. And Luke is ready to find a new home. Luke is said to be 7 years old. He seems house trained. He is good on the leash and will make an excellent walking or jogging partner.
