NOTES FROM FOSTER MOM:
Pugsley! The more you get the know him the sweeter he gets. Inside, he is a sweet, well trained and obedient boy. He does well with a younger female foster playmate and three other mature dogs dogs including an alpha female. He is very cuddly, housetrained, crate trained, respectful of your property. That being said if you give him a stuffy he makes short work at de-stufing, haha. He does have a loud bark when people come to the door and likes to express his opinion about being crated for a few before settling in. He thrives on a routine. Oh, and random but he is good for a bathe too! Puglsey still needs confidence and experience with the outside world as it is still quite scary for him. He has made great progress in foster care and is coming along very well with leash walking and slowly meeting new people. he needs more work on meting new dogs and comes on very strong which can be quite off-putting to most. He does have the naughty habit of grabbing at his leash when over-excited but if you give him a minute to settle he will calm down and move on. He may not make friends with every new dog he sees but he has proven the ability to do very well with patient and controlled handling. He also knows his basic commands and once bonded to you he will be your shadow!
