Daisy the Dog needs a home

Daisy is a 12 year old beagle girl. Tricolor. About 40 lbs. We got her from a shelter in late December. According to the shelter, her family of 5 years turned her in because she was too old. They had not house trained her.  It is possible she lived outside. The family said they recommended her for an all adult home. She's been a well-behaved girl here and immediately accepted by the other house/front yard doggies.



Like all beagles, she loves getting treats. She does fine with dogs and cats. And she has wandered through our house, bedroom and back patio without incident.  Very likable, quiet girl - easy to be around her.



She's had her shots, has been spayed, and has a microchip.  Much thanx to volunteers who helped with her rescue and transport to B&B!



A trip to the vet revealed that she has kidney and liver trouble. As a result she's taking milk thistle supplements and getting lots of protein.

 fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.  




The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90+ dogs!  

No more weekend mobiles—only special events. Maybe if there are enuff appointments, we could see you in 

El Monte or Orange County or nearby. Email your application and ask for more details!
