Adopt a Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

BELLA is an 8 month old little girl who is looking for a new family with time, energy and willingness to help mold her into a well-balanced adult dog. She is a handful at this point but in time we all know she has it in her to become a loving and well behaved girl provided she is given training and obedience lessons. She is a puppy! Her mouthiness and jumping on you at this point in her young puppy life is over the top. She needs an experienced new family without any young children whom I’m sure she would love but her jumping and mouthiness may not be good for. She is also said to not yet be house trained. I’m not sure what some people expect but when you have a puppy, you get the puppy behaviors, puppy chewing, puppy mouthiness, puppy playfulness, and puppy accidents. But you also get the puppy love, the unconditional happiness, the unconditional heart dog. Everyone wants a puppy but not many people realize the time and energy it takes which is necessary into helping that puppy grow into a well-balanced adult dog. It takes time. It takes commitment. It takes patience. It takes a community. Bella needs someone who is willing and able to provide her with daily exercise to expend that puppy energy, daily playtime and training during playtime to learn how to play in an appropriate way, and daily attention so she has continued socialization which will all contribute to her becoming a well-balanced and well-adjusted adult dog. She is on the right track though with her playful energy, friendly demeanor, and desire to be near and please her humans. Are you possibly the family Bella has been dreaming of?
