Staff bait and switched pricing with me quoting me prices when I made the appointment, and then adding over $50 to the bill. Did unauthorized procedures to one of my dogs. Staff and vet unorgnanized and couldn't handle the fact I had multiple dogs that needed appointments. Not a good start for a new vet in a small community, WORD WILL GET AROUND. -S R.
