I did not think this was a problem because I used these vets for ten years but they wanted me to wait until the next day for my pet to be treated. Pet died in the night. A month later found out there is an emergency clinic fifteen minutes away. THEY DO NOT ACT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE ANIMALS!!
