It always feel like they take carea of my animals as though they were their own. The care and compassion we have recieved there has been so appreciated. Dr. Kaas truely loves his work and it shows in the way he treats the animals. He is kind and gentle and an excellent doctor! I wouldn't go anywhere else with my animals! -kathy s. The front staff has ALOT to learn about people skills and phone manner, like, you say "goodbye" before slamming the phone in a customers ear and you talk to them as if you want their business and not that they are a bother.
