Each of you responded so professionally and tenderly to her and me. Dr. Durland explained clearly what would be offered. His tech (sorry I don’t remember names) held Ruby so she felt safe. Dirinda (sp?) is a dear friend and responded immediately to calming me down after the terrible freak accident. I adore each of you. You are a part of my family. -Earth Thunder.
