The Aryan Molossus
Once a Warrior, Today a Loyal Companion and a Family-Protector

Should you ever decide that you need a big dog, with an imposing posture, which can look threatening and majestic at the same time, the Aryan Molossus is definitely one breed that you must take into consideration.

The Armant
The Egyptian Dog with a Lot of Love to Give

To some of you, the Armant is better known as the “Egyptian Sheepdog” and, just as the name suggests it, it was bred to be a herding dog. However, in ancient times, it was used mostly as a guard dog. This breed is originally from Egypt and named after the town of Armant. Its loyalty and agility are the two main characteristics which make this dog special.

The Atlas Terrier
The Small Dog With a Massive Dose of Energy

At a glimpse, the Atlas Terrier can be easily mistaken with the Jack Russell Terrier. However, there are some differences that may help you tell these two cousins apart. Before deciding to buy or adopt a dog of this breed, there are some things that you have to take into consideration. Unfortunately, this is quite a rare breed of dogs in our days.

Anglos-Francaises de Petite Venerie
It Is Impossible Not to Love Them

Anglos-Francaises de Petite Venerie are the smallest dogs in the Anglos-Francais category. However, the name „Petite”, meaning „small”, is not at all referring to the size of the dogs, but to the game they are after. Even if they've been around since the 16th century, today, these dogs are not easy to find. So if you have decided to adopt one, you can be sure that you will have a unique pet.

Dr. Dodge and the staff at Jasper have given the very best of care to all my dogs and those I've referred to them. I'd not trust anyone else the way I trust Dr. Dodge!!

Won't take my animals there...they want to put a poor scared Dachshund to sleep after he snapped at a vet tech. It wasn't his fault, he was just scared and doing his natural animal instincts.

This hospital "reported" a bite by a scared dog that was the fault of its own negligent technician -- occupational hazard. The dog is now in danger of being killed by the town, and its owners are fighting an expensive legal battle. Don't bring your animal here if you want to keep it alive. Jasper Animal Hospital doesn't seem to get that any vet or tech who is bitten during an exam is 100% at fault.

If they handle your pet incorrectly and it bites, they will report it to the city and request that it be euthanized.

Terrified, quivering Dachshund in pain and in need of dental surgery is so panicked at the hospital that it defecates on his owner. Irresponsible, incompetent vet tech, who has no business working with animals, sticks her face near the dog's face while approaching with scissors and gets bitten. Owners are sued and dog may be executed. NO ONE should bring their pet here. Despicable!!!

Think twice before you take your pet to Japer Animal Hospital. Your pet could be legally taken from you and destroyed. Sporke was not at fault...the tech was due to being careless, negligent or improper training in dealing with animals. Either way, Sporke's very life hangs in the balance.

Sure wouldn't take my furbabies there.

My hope is that someone who lives in Lafayette will start a movement to warn people about the city law and recommend that everyone take their pets to vets outside the city limits. I bet it would not take long until the vets in the city would get that law rescinded!

After reading what is going on with Spork - no way would I take my animals there. Why would anyone??!!

This clinic will murder your pet if their untrained tech does something wrong! What is wrong with them? Why aren't they fighting FOR Spork instead of for pet murder?
-Spork Supporter.

This clinic is still employing the vet tech that is suing their patron. Avoid this hospital at all costs!!!!

Be careful about going to this vet if you have a dog that's not anxious to meet other dogs. When they take your dog back for a procedure, your dog has to walk on lead through a pack of unleashed dogs. The vet tech walks your dog through the pack, not you! A recipe for a dog fight if your objects to meeting others they don't know! I did not have confidence that the vet tech who lead my dog back for treatment understood the potential for unpleasant interactions between all these dogs.
