My mom's dog was misdiagnosed, given a shot and died hours later. I called to bring my senior dog into be put down and was talked to very rudely because they were closing in 45 minutes and they did not want to be bothered. When you make the decision that your dog is at that point, it is hard enough. When the vet clinic treats you that, it is even more painful.
