I felt very uneasy when she came down on me because my dog urinated on the floor. I apologized and even offered to clean it myself, she was very rude to her own staff member telling them to hurry up with the mop. Heavy set woman with gray blonde hair BEWARE, however the other ladies were very nice and the doctor was very nice as well. Unfortunately she ruined the whole experience and I will not be back. -Martha Smith.
