Cushing Animal Rescue Team is a not-for-profit 501c 3 pending organization. We rescue animals from unfortunate circumstances, such as abuse, neglect, and pending euthanasia. Our goal is to make sure that dogs are not simply recycled. When animals come into our program, we nurture them and socialize them with children, adults, and other animals. We work with them on obedience training and attempt to discover their unique quirks and talents. We believe in exercising the mind, body, and spirit of the animals so their true personalities and potential shine through. We strive to match our dogs with ideal environments that suite them and their new families to achieve a great outcome for everyone involved.
All of our adoptable animals are heartworm tested, spayedneutered, and kept up to date on vaccines and preventatives prior to adoption. We keep our dogs on quality food for health inside and out as well as provide them with toys, treats, and other items to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. Your adoption fee helps offset these costs while the animal is in rescuefoster care. We believe that providing our dogs with quality care helps reduce risks of health and behavior issues later in their lifetime.
