If I am bitten how should I care for a dog bite?
* Always wash the dog bite with soap and warm water, try to get any dirt, saliva, or any other particles washed out of your wound.

The purpose of the Warwick VSA is to promote humane treatment and quality of life for all animals whether they are domestic, exotic, wild or livestock. This includes acting as an advocate for the humane treatment of animals. It is the purpose of this chapter to foster a public attitude of humane care and gentleness toward animals and an awareness of the importance animals have in our envirionment and daily lives.
