Established in 1989, Tri State Collie Rescue is a group of concerned volunteers who seek to promote the welfare of the Collie breed. This is accomplished through our networking and coordinating efforts with various rescue organizations, dog shelters, humane societies, and members of the communities. Tri State Collie Rescue has a combined fifty years experience with the collie breed. We are entirely self-supported. Attending dog shows and other pet events allows us to receive donations. Other sources of funding include individual and corporate donations. For each collie adopted from Tri State Collie Rescue, a required donation replenishes our funds to help rescue the next collie in need.
