We are a non-profit cat adoption and rescue organization located in Western New York. We rely on donations to help us feed, medicate, and house over 400 cats in our program. By 2007 TLC will have helped save the lives of over 4000+ cats and kittens whether through adoptions, spay and neutering efforts or through the assistance they offer.
