The Aryan Molossus
Once a Warrior, Today a Loyal Companion and a Family-Protector
Should you ever decide that you need a big dog, with an imposing posture, which can look threatening and majestic at the same time, the Aryan Molossus is definitely one breed that you must take into consideration.
The Armant
The Egyptian Dog with a Lot of Love to Give
To some of you, the Armant is better known as the “Egyptian Sheepdog” and, just as the name suggests it, it was bred to be a herding dog. However, in ancient times, it was used mostly as a guard dog. This breed is originally from Egypt and named after the town of Armant. Its loyalty and agility are the two main characteristics which make this dog special.
The Atlas Terrier
The Small Dog With a Massive Dose of Energy
At a glimpse, the Atlas Terrier can be easily mistaken with the Jack Russell Terrier. However, there are some differences that may help you tell these two cousins apart. Before deciding to buy or adopt a dog of this breed, there are some things that you have to take into consideration. Unfortunately, this is quite a rare breed of dogs in our days.
Anglos-Francaises de Petite Venerie
It Is Impossible Not to Love Them
Anglos-Francaises de Petite Venerie are the smallest dogs in the Anglos-Francais category. However, the name „Petite”, meaning „small”, is not at all referring to the size of the dogs, but to the game they are after. Even if they've been around since the 16th century, today, these dogs are not easy to find. So if you have decided to adopt one, you can be sure that you will have a unique pet.

Animal Shelter details for TLC (Theresa's Little Critters) Please visit TLC (Theresa's Little Critters) and adopt a homeless pet
You have reached the shelter page for TLC (Theresa's Little Critters). TLC (Theresa's Little Critters) is located in Clendenin, West Virginia. If you have information to add or update for TLC (Theresa's Little Critters), please click here and let us know.
My name is Theresa and I am very interested in the prevention of cruelty to animals and the education of people regarding the animal overpopulation crisis and other animal issues. I rescue, give medical care to, spay/neuter, rehabilitate and provide a loving home to feral, abandoned, stray and abused companion animals. I try to place the rescued animals into loving, forever adoptive homes, but if these animals do not get adopted, they have a forever, loving home with me. All my critters are spayed/neutered, parasite treated and fully vaccinated dependent upon age prior to adoption. I am one person working out of my own pocket from my home, not a shelter required by law to take in your animal if it needs a new home, but I am willing to assist you in re-homing your animal if I do not have space. A lot of the animals presently in my home are not perfect in the eyes of the average beholder, which is why they remain with me and have not yet been adopted. "Perfect" animals are usually placed by me in a forever, loving home within a few weeks. Some of my cats have the remains of upper respiratory infections they carried as kittens, such as runny eyes and nose and/or sneezing. If I know what the virus is, I state so their description. Otherwise, the symptoms are collectively called "kitty asthma". Some of my animals are very, very timid at first, some are handicapped, some are older. They are all otherwise healthy, loveable and loving. I am also available for shelter pulls, very short term fostering and transport help to other rescues in need. Rescues ONLY are invited to call if necessary, Phone: 304-395-3971.
