Founded in 1917, the Susquehanna SPCA serves all of Otsego County in South Central New York State. We are a 'no kill' shelter dedicated to alleviating the suffering of animals throughout the county to promoting the humane treatment of all animals to caring for stray, surrendered and homeless animals to maximizing adoption of animals to loving homes to preventing cruelty to all animals and the educating the public as to the care and treatment of animals and the urgency of spaying and neutering all pets
