The S.A.A.P is a Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati non-profit rescue organization which was founded in 1999 by Marti Egger. Marti and her husband have been rescuing stray and abused animals for 9 years out of their home. They work with other organizations and individuals to save stray and discarded animals in the Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati area.
