Second Chance Pets is a nonprofit animal welfare organization dedicated to providing stray and unwanted pets a second chance through foster care and pet adoption programs. SCP conducts mobile adoptions every Saturday at the Petco at Bay Area Boulevard and Space Center Boulevard. We also have some pets at Bayside Bed & Biscuit in Kemah and at Sea Dog Inn in League City. You will be asked to complete an application. An SCP volunteer will review the application and discuss pet ownership possibilities with you. The adoption fee is $95.00 for cats and $125 for dogs.
