We are a non-profit who take care of the dogs at the Corning Animal Shelter. We do not get paid for our services we provide the city and depend on donations to keep going. Part of our mission statment states to prevent cruelty by maintaining a sanctuary which provides a safe environment for homeless and abandoned pets. Second Chance Pet Rescue does education at all levels in our schools, has weekly classes for dog training and has established a pit bull program at the shelter.
