Founded in 2001 Second Chance Horse Rescue and Outreach Center has dedicated itself to providing a safe haven for horses that are unable to be cared for by their owners due to various situations. Horses donated or rescued in our program are given a home free from the risks of auction houses or even slaughter until they are adopted by loving families or individuals. We have committed ourselves to saving god's noblest creature “the horse”, and touching young hearts through our outreach program. Second Chance Horse Rescue is a 501C3 non-profit organization.
