Putnam County Animal Relief Center, 1 Sabre Road, Winfield, WV 25213 (beside of Winfield Middle School) Hours are: Monday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tuesday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thursday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. All animals adopted through the Putnam County Animal Relief Center must fill out a questionnaire and an out ticket form. Price for cats: $35, dogs: $40. *Look for an updated list of pets available for adoption soon! The website is currently under a change of operation and we will be updating our list of adoptable pets weekly!!!!* *As a reminder we are always in great need of donations and volunteers to help out at the shleter.
