Putnam County Animal Relief Center, 1 Sabre Road, Winfield, WV 25213 (beside of Winfield Middle School) Hours are: Monday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tuesday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thursday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. All animals adopted through the Putnam County Animal Relief Center must fill out a questionnaire and an out ticket form. Price for cats: $35, dogs: $40. *Look for an updated list of pets available for adoption soon! The website is currently under a change of operation and we will be updating our list of adoptable pets weekly!!!!* *As a reminder we are always in great need of donations and volunteers to help out at the shleter. Contact the shelter or email us for more information on ways you can help! *****Do to recent overcrowding at the shelter we are offering lower adoption prices. Come in for more details!*****
