PAL is a non-profit organization composed entirely of volunteers, committed to improving the health and welfare of pets of all ages, colors and breeds. PAL believes spaying and neutering pets will deter them from contributing to extensive animal overpopulation. PAL offers low-cost spayneuter certificates for use at participating area veterinarian clinics. Our Motto Altering the World One Pet at a Time Meet Our Pets. See our calendar on www.onepetatatime.org for a list of our adoption events and look for our pets both there and on PetFinder.com IMPORTANT We are in need of volunteers to foster dogs and cats. and to assist with fundraising, charity events, marketing, pet transportation to adoption events and more. Our Adoption Process Adoption applications are carefully reviewed by our volunteers. A home visit is usually required. Our goal is always to try to ensure the best match between our foster pet and the adoptive family. Adoption fees are as follows as of Dec. 2008 Dogs $175.00 Puppies $175.00 Cats $150.00 Kittens $150.00 A donation is requested if you bring a pet into the PAL program.
