The Promoting Animal Welfare Society (P.A.W.S.) is a non-profit, charitable organization that is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. We are dedicated to reducing the abuse, overpopulation, and euthanasia of animals in the Greater Muskogee Area.

P.A.W.S. is governed by a Board of Directors that are unpaid volunteers. We supported entirely by memberships and donations. We are not funded by the City of Muskogee or any other level of government, nor are we affiliated with any other animal welfare organizations.
