The mission of Project Paws, Inc., is to help reduce the number of homeless, stray, abandoned and abused animals. We educate the public that spayneuter is the best way to help reduce the pet-overpopulation. We facilitate fostering of animals, leading to their adoption into forever homes when at all possible. We provide vaccinations and spayneuter to all animals prior to adoption. Project Paws, Inc., is a volunteer organization that was formed exclusively for charitable nonprofit animal welfare work providing services in Murphy, North Carolina and the surrounding areas in North Carolina, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee.
