Pointe Coupee Animal Shelter is a Local organization formed to make life better for the people and animals in Pointe Coupee Parish by: * Pulling together all community resources to build and operate an animal shelter. * Rescue and adoption programs for unwanted pets. * Promoting issues, awareness, and enforcement of animal related laws, including those regarding cruelty, neglect, and dangerous animals. * Education Citizens of the parish about animals. To join PCAS please send us your membership fee of $25.00 for individuals or $35.00 for families, along with your name, address, phone number, and whether or not you would like to volunteer. We also take donations of any kind ie, food, bowls, leashes, dog houses, carriers and pens, etc. Also, if you would like to have your business card appear in our monthly newsletter for $50.00 per year please send us one of your cards along with your payment. As always, any donations made will be greatly appreciated.
