A Change Is Needed.... Pet Solutions believes the answer to our community's pet overpopulation problem is the reduction in unwanted litters of dogs and cats. We do not believe that killing the excess animals is an acceptable method of controlling the pet population. A civilized society should be preventing the unwanted litters of dogs and cats, not killing them after the fact.
