Pet Rescue Foundation is an all-volunteer, non-profit, non-euthanizing rescue based in Goochland County, VA. We provide a sanctuary for old, injured, ill, abused, orphaned and handicapped homeless pets until they can be adopted into loving, responsible, permanent homes.
