Paws and Claws Animal Rescue and Humane Education Society is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to ending the needless suffering and euthanasia of healthy, adoptable companion animals in and around the northern Virginia area. We are accomplishing this goal by educating the public on the importance of spay neuter. To this end, we have begun an aggressive targeted campaign to spay dogs and cats who have already contributed to companion animal overpopulation by having at least one litter.
