Of the 1200 cats and dogs admitted to the Shelter each year, nearly all strays will be placed in adoptive homes and several hundred will be reunited with their owners. There are many things you can do to help the Shelter address the problems of neglect, abuse, abandonment and euthanasia which result from pet overpopulation.
