Dan and Jessica Garrison are independent rescuers in Arkadelphia, Arkansas (We are not affiliated with the Humane Society of Clark County) who strive to improve the quality of life for the animals in Arkansas. New Leash on Life is a no-kill, independent shelter with 14 dogs currently. Our goal is to promote animal welfare such as abuse prevention, responsible animal care, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Our mission is to find loving, caring, forever homes for our rescue dogs who so desperately deserve a second chance at happiness.
