The Mile Hi Humane Society accepts dogs and cats from people who are no longer able to keep their pet. These animals are assessed for health and behavior and put up for adoption.
We appreciate owners giving information about the pet, in terms of age, breed, and nature of the animal. We request that you fill out a pet personality profile, to give the adoptive family more information on the pet. This also gives the animal a better chance of finding the right home sooner.
If you wish to release your pet to the Mile Hi Humane Society please call to check availability of room. We are not always able to accept pets, but will provide advice if we are unable to take in the animal.
