The Marshall County Animal Rescue League consists of a small group of dedicated individuals who through enthusiasm and commitment have turned an "unsheltered" county into a county that has an outstanding shelter program. Our Humane Society is contracted by the Marshall County Commission to oversee animal shelter operations. We work continually to provide progressive programs for the betterment of the shelter and the animals. The Marshall County Animal Rescue League meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Marshall County Court House located on 7th street in Moundsville.
