We take in an average of 100 strays every month. We are required by State Law to hold strays for 72 hours, after the 72 hours has expired, they will be placed available for adoption, and as a last resort euthanized. Thousands of dogs and cats are euthanized every day at animal shelters throughout the nation. Over half of these animals have homes but their owners don't think to call us. Please remember to call the shelter immediately if your pet is missing, we will log it into our lost files and you will be notified if we have any animals fitting the description of your pet. Our hours are 9:00am until 4.00pm Monday Through Friday and 9:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday. Our Phone number is 458-5593. You can also leave a message 24 hours a day and it will be received the following business day.
