Lost Angels Animal Recue, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. We have always been at the forefront of supporting no-kill shelters here in the local Tampa-St. Petersburg area. For several years, Lost Angels has helped dogs in need by saving them from shelters that do not yet support the no-kill philosophy. Once we rescue the dogs from this fate, we foster them until they are ready for adoption by the general public. Many of the dogs we save are abandoned at shelters because families are too busy and think the dogs have become burdens they cannot manage.
