For over a century, animal shelters have rescued lost, abused and abandoned animals. We have done so with kindness and compassion, often without many resources. Yet providing a warm bed and loving care does not address the issues that cause animals to need shelter.
Our new location will allow us to address issues that cause animals to be shelterd and develop programs in prevention, education and training. These programs will result in a better life for the animals and a more humane community for us all.
