Hope for All Pets, Inc. (HAPI) is a small, all-breed rescue. Because we are small, our rescue doesn't adopt out all of our animals, some of them are vetted and sent to other rescues for adoption. Our primary goal is to pull animals from shelters, specifically high-kill shelters. We do not usually take owner surrenders, although there are certain situations where we will. Although we don't do low cost spay/neuter, or TNR, ourselves, we are happy to assist the general public in finding a low cost clinic near their area, and when we are able, we help with the cost. We know that spay/neuter is the only way to assist in the pet overpopulation, so we try to educate everyone we can!
