Homeless Hounds has been rescuing dogs in East Central Minnesota for more than 20 years. We currently have available for adoption the dogs that are impounded in Mille Lacs county, that were not claimed by their original owners. We firmly believe in spay/neuter and believe there is a dire need in the state for access to low cost altering. We beleive this is the only way to put even a dent in the suffering that is caused by the overpopulation problem. Please remember.... too much of a good thing...spay and neuter your pets.
