The mission of Hi-Tor Animal Care Center is to provide temporary care and shelter to lost, abandoned, and unwanted companion animals. In addition, we try to meet the challenge of helping both youth and adults realize and actively promote kindness to all living beings. To this end Hi-Tor receives domestic animals and provides a viable humane education program, both on and off premises.
Hi-Tor Animal Care Center, Inc. has a small paid staff, with a volunteer Board of Directors, and a cadre of volunteers who work hard to make this a better world for both animals and people.
Hi-Tor Animal Care Center, Inc. is a privately incorporated (501(c)3), nonprofit organization structured as an Animal Control Facility.
