GRI is strictly an all volunteer organizaton. We are a non profit 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. We have been rescueing and placing greyhounds in and around the Boise area for over 14yrs.
Our mission is to educate the public about the plight of the racing greyhound, their suitability as companion animals and finding permanent homes for those lucky enough to enter the rescue community. We openly and adamantly oppose greyhound racing and the inherent atrocities upon which the industry is built.
