To adopt one of our animals, just come down to the Greenbrier County Animal Shelter. You will need to fill out some paper work and pay for your new companion animal. They are then put onto our list for the next surgery day (Tuesday or Thursday) to have their spaying or neutering done. (No animal is allowed to leave our facility without having this procedure performed) Adoption fees are $85.00 for a dog or puppy, $65.00 for a cat or kitten. This fee includes: spay/neuter procedure, de-worming, rabies vaccine, first booster of shots, flea/tick bath, nail trimming, and a Frontline treatment before they leave to go home.
