Friends of Wayne Animals (FOWA) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization whose primary mission is to operate the Wayne Township Municipal Animal Shelter. Our tax ID# is 22-3072031.
FOWA is dedicated to providing for the humane treatment of dogs, cats in the Township of Wayne and to stimulate the public’s awareness of and interest in the growth, improvement and development of the Wayne Animal Shelter and its community programs.
Each year FOWA cares for the lives of almost 1,000 animals through its aggressive adoption, spay/neuter, community outreach and humane education programs.
FOWA depends upon charitable donations to care for the helpless pets that come through its doors. Your donations, funds, needed supplies or volunteer services are critical to FOWA’s success.
