Friends of Ingham County Animals is excited to announce a new project we are planning to launch January, 2006, that we hope will make a noticeable impact on intake #'s at the shelter. Through the Angel Project, "Friends" plans to spay/neuter 1,000 dogs and cats for low-income Ingham County residents. We plan to enlist local Veterinarians, businesses & donors to assist in this effort. We have a lot of work ahead of us to make this project a success and we need your help!
