There are so many more homeless cats and kittens than foster homes. Kittens especially need to have early socialization with people before they are ready for permanent adoption. It is a great short-term commitment to help cats in need, especially if you are not ready or able to adopt a cat.

If being a foster parent to a homeless cat is not for you, there are many other ways to volunteer with Friends of Felines.
