Friends of Pets of Klamath Basin is a federally tax exempt local, all-volunteer, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats in Klamath County, OR. Our membership is composed of local residents. We are totally grassroots! Our three members of our Board of Directors (Kathleen Williams, Geneva Jackson, and Faye Robinson) hold the powers of the organization as permitted through bylaws.
