CWVRG is a 501c3 non profit organization run solely by dedicated volunteers. We rescue and rehabilitate Vizslas that are either abused or abandoned. We place them in foster care with one of our volunteers. We work closely with the Vizsla Club of America Welfare Foundation's rescue program.

When ready, the rescue is adopted out to an approved home that has been thoroughly checked out as to the information on their adoption application.

We serve Colorado, western Kansas, part of Nebraska Wyoming. We have good relationships with the shelters in our area and we strive to get the animal out of shelter as soon as physicall possible to make room for another animal in need.
